![]() Is your yard filled with mole tunnels? If so, moles--those pesky animals that dig an underground network of tunnels in search of delectable grubs, earthworms, and other tasty morsels--have probably taken up residence in your lawn. When Mr. Mole strikes in your backyard what should you do? The first option is to use fumigants, but as environmentally friendly gardeners this isn't the best option, and it can be expensive. The second method is to use traps to either capture the moles alive or dead. Traps are effective but not necessarily humane, and the question remains as what to do with the moles after they're caught. Third, you can try a Vibrasonic Mole Chaser Products made from castor oil Lastly, if you're brave or fed up enough (like the reader that suggested this topic) you can try molecology where moles are flushed from their tunnels using the spray from a garden hose, captured in a sack, placed in a bucket and transported to a field far, far away. Be forewarned that angry moles can bite. |
