 Garden clogs

With the official start of spring just three weeks away, it’s almost time for the ground to thaw, with it comes mud season. This is the time of year when muck boots and shoes are essential for working on the garden. Of course, it doesn’t hurt to have them around for those April showers either.

Made for both men and women, muck shoes look like closed back clogs but are made of natural rubber and are insulated with an elasticized collar that hugs your foot keeping water and mud out of the shoes. The lightweight muck shoes have soles made from sturdy vulcanized rubber that have a tread to grip the ground efficiently and make them slip-proof. Muck shoes are 100% waterproof, stain-resistant, easy to hose off, have a removable sole with arch support, and most importantly keep your feet dry and comfortable.

Garden clogs are similar to muck shoes in that they are weatherproof but they are not as "heavy duty" as muck shoes. Both can be worn at any time of the year whether you’re in the garden or walking around town. With fashions being what they are these days, it's even possible to have a pair of pretty purple (wineberry) muck shoes, in addition to a pair of the more utilitarian dark green color that muck shoes are usually sold in.
