Enki Watering System

While the Enki Watering System looks like a run of the mill watering can, it’s actually a revolutionary new way to water your plants. How so you ask? By taking regular tap water and “superoxygenating” it. There’s nothing wrong with using water straight from the tap to water your plants, but if you’re looking for above average plant growth, supported by the results of a study conducted at the University of Minnesota Horticultural Department, you might be interested in the Enki Watering System.

The Enki® Watering System works by using a built-in patented technology that increases oxygen levels in tap water by a factor of 1.5. As a reference point, tap water averages 30 to 40% oxygen saturation. Rainwater, which contains oxygen levels that are even greater than tap water, averaged a 50 percent increase in oxygen levels using the Enki Watering System.

The Enki® Watering System has been around since 2008 when it was named one of the best new gardening tools of the year and makes a great gift for your favorite gardener (you!). Use it to water houseplants, annual beds, and container-grown fruits, flowers, and vegetables. Simply plug in the pitcher and let it bubble away for at least 4 to 5 minutes and up to 30 minutes. The additional oxygen in the soil stimulates plant roots to increase growth and yield.
